In the last few years, Lynne has advised on economic strategy for international cities such as Tshwane (Pretoria) and Abu Dhabi, rural areas such as Gloucestershire, and peri-urban locations such as the London Borough of Brent.
She has advised on wide ranging national, regional and local policy and provided supporting evidence which has been used at all levels of government. Back in 2006 she was part of the Arup team which advised a consortium of national government departments and regional agencies on the trends in regional economic divergence, and the potential policy levers to correct regional economic disparities.
