Sevrin is a Research Economist at the What Works Centre for Local Economic Growth, and works on the Centre's systematic reviews and policy toolkits.
Sevrin holds a PhD from the London School of Economics. He has eight years of research experience in applied urban economics. His current research interests are in housing policy and neighbourhood change. For example, he has examined how local planning policies impact on housing costs at the city-level, and how gentrification of urban neighbourhoods displaces low-income private renters.
